Why I started Analytics Operator
I have spent more than a decade working with businesses, analysts and leadership teams, and the pattern was remarkably consistent across the world.
Companies were collecting more data, buying more software and creating more reports. But the people running the business were still relying on spreadsheets, manual processes and disconnected systems to understand what was happening.
The problem was not lack of data or KPIs. It was that the data was fragmented, reporting was slow, and leadership could not turn information into action quickly enough.
That is why I created Analytics Operator.
